Overview
Qi̘v Iē̼ānsuqdi̊sh was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1180, by Elena Castell Qíhgùru. The establishment of Qi̘v Iē̼ānsuqdi̊sh was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Elena Castell Qíhgùru struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Qi̘v Iē̼ānsuqdi̊sh as a prison colony.
Qi̘v Iē̼ānsuqdi̊sh was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qi̘v Iē̼ānsuqdi̊sh is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Qi̘v Iē̼ānsuqdi̊sh is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive cobblestone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Qi̘v Iē̼ānsuqdi̊sh weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. Astonishigly, the budget focused millitary grade defenses are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
Something in your gut tells you that you may be unwelcome in Qi̘v Iē̼ānsuqdi̊sh. The town seems like it’s not showing you the side of itself it would show to others. People mostly ignore your questions. Many folks ask you to leave their establishments, even before you’ve walked inside them. You should probably listen to them, as every time you’re asked to leave the person asking you to leave has referenced the town’s patron divine in some way. The little voice in the back of your mind that tells you when you’re in danger feels like it’s just glaring at you and muttering about how stupid you are for even remaining in town.

The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.
